The experience — our DNA, RNA, and protein

Andrei Nikonov, the founder of NextGenRnD, has a PhD in Virology (Molecular and Cell Biology curriculum). His work was primarily associated with two University of Tartu laboratories — DNA viruses laboratory and RNA viruses laboratory. The former laboratory produced Icosagen and Quattromed HTI, which is currently known as SYNLAB. The latter laboratory together with Valneva SE created the IXCHIQ® Chikungunya vaccine (currently authorized for use in the European Union and Canada).

Andrei has been crafting and licensing innovative solutions to multidisciplinary R&D problems (Challenges) since 2016. His solutions outcompeted hundreds of other solution proposals in the global open innovation marketplace.
